Nixxie Ltd Refund Policy

This refund policy covers the circumstances under which Nixxie Ltd may, in its discretion, provide refunds. Use of the terms “we” and “us” in this Refund Policy means Nixxie Ltd. Capitalized words not defined in this Refund Policy have the meaning as defined in the Terms. By using the Site, you are accepting this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the Refund Policy, please do not use the Site.

Nixxie Ltd may amend its Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised Refund Policy on the Site, and/or sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to Nixxie Ltd. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing use of the Site or of your Account after such amendments have been posted or information about such amendments has been sent to you.

Funding Your Account

All advertising sold by Nixxie Ltd is sold on a prepaid basis therefore you must use the Nixxie advertising interface to add funds to your account. If after funding your account you decide not to purchase any advertising services then you should to email Us to inform us of your wish to close your account. In this instance Nixxie Ltd will refund all unused balances in your account within 10 working days.

Account Closure

If You are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Nixxie advertising services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease all campaigns inside the Nixxie advertising interface and to email Us to inform us of your wish to close your account. At the point where all campaigns are ceased and this request is recieved Nixxie Ltd will refund all unused balances in your account within 10 working days.

Ongoing payments

You may revoke at any time Your authorization for Nixxie to automatically charge Your payment method for ongoing fees or other charges by suspending the applicable campaign(s) via the Nixxie advertising interface, which will be effective no later than the end of the second business day after You suspend a particular campaign.
