What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

We always start with a phone interview. This is a chance for us to see if we would like to move to the next stage and it also gives you the chance to check us out and ask all of your questions.

2. First Interview

Usually done via a video conference.  You’ll be asked about your experience related to the position you are applying for and for any relevant qualifications you may have gained.

3. Action Test

You’ll be asked to plan, complete and present to a theoretical clients brief.  It’ll be short, however, this is your time to shine and show that attention to detail we are looking for.

4. Offer

Congratulations! Your offer letter is in the post and subject to you wanting to join us, we’d love to have you as part of our team.
